Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders through our trusted shipping partners DPD and Packeta.

At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery options, including:

• home delivery by courier,

• pickup point,

• parcel locker.

The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight of your order, the destination country, and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart after you select your preferred delivery option.

Order Processing

Orders placed and paid for by 4:00 PM (CET) are dispatched on the next business day.

Orders received after 4:00 PM are prepared for shipment on the following business day and dispatched according to the carrier's collection schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Personal Pickup

Personal pickup is available in Pezinok, Slovakia, by prior arrangement via email or phone.
