Our traditional Tuesday tutorials and inspiration on social media covered, among other things, examples of macramé projects. These are short tutorials ranging from basic knots to the finished pieces themselves, which will serve as inspiration, and here we have gathered them all in one place. Of course, more will be added gradually, both on Instagram and on our website.
Basic knots

Macramé keychains (made from 3mm VEĽKÁvlna cord)
To make them we used 3mm VEĽKÁvlna cord as well as a 25mm metal carabiner. We cut the cord into roughly 2 pieces of 2.5-3m each, folded them in half and threaded them through the carabiner, just as you can see in the video. We started tying the macramé knots and for decoration we added a 20mm wooden bead with a wider hole. We finished the little wings, the final knot, trimmed it and that's it. Hanging macramé decoration (made from 5mm VEĽKÁvlna cord)

To make this hanging decoration we used 5mm VEĽKÁvlna cord in two colors, ideally contrasting ones so that the pattern stands out nicely. Here we worked with the colors "like Linen" and "like Antique Pink". You will need a wooden stick of any thickness and length. You cut the cords as needed, both in quantity and length, and following the video you gradually tie the knots.

To make it you will use up leftovers of 5mm VEĽKÁvlna cord - we will need about 2-3m, you need a little ball - we used a bead and a carabiner - e.g. with a 12mm hole, and following the video you will make the little ball :).
